Started as a proprietorship Recruitment firm in 2014 by a team who come from varied backgrounds like Information Technology, Aviation, Law Management, Psychology etc., We’ve built up a strong client and candidate base and trusted relationships by offering personalized services from almost a decade and maintained status as an efficient system wherein all Human Resource requirements of a company can be met in an extremely cost effective manner.
Our comprehensive database of interviewed candidates gives us access to a vast range of skilled candidates and the ability to quickly identify candidates, in many instances, without the need to advertise externally.
We will assess if there is a need to advertise the position in order to source candidates which best match the job brief. Search: We can approach candidates on behalf of the client, which the client may have identified as being a good fit for their organisation, or identify “like” organisations from which to identify potential candidates.
CVs will be screened against the core competencies of the position to identify which candidates are mostsuitable. Candidates are interviewed thoroughly and reference checks done before we present a shortlist to the client.
After Thorough screening we send the best profiles for the client's job requirements and we will assist in the negotiation process between the client and the candidates in order to ensure satisfaction for all parties.
